Transformed in God’s Glory

But to this day whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their heart; but whenever a person turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:15-18

When you come up to a traffic yield sign, what do you do? You give the right of way to the other drivers. That is what we need to do with the Holy Spirit. Yield to the Holy Spirit.  Where the Holy Spirit is there is liberty or freedom. That’s peace. We need to let the Spirit transform us…remake us. Transformation. From His glory…to our glory.

Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Romans 12:2 NLT

For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself. Philippians 3:20-21

Be transformed. Changed to the way that God wants to you live. Are you willing to change…to be transformed?

Prayer ~ Holy Spirit, transform my life and heart that I would live in a way to please the Lord. Give me liberty—freedom to experience God’s glory. Glory-Glory-Glory!
