We Are Intricately Created

Prayer ~ Lord, You have so intricately made us. I praise You for your creativity. 

Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. Psalm 139:14

 

Meditate on God’s workmanship.

Reflect on how intricately you are made; how babies grow into toddlers and begin walking; how children learn to speak the language that they hear; our nerves control how our bodies move, bones support the weight of our bodies and yet are designed to move with the power of the muscles; and all of this controlled by a marvelous brain. God has infinite wisdom…and He shared that with Solomon.

God gave Solomon very great wisdom and understanding, and knowledge as vast (infinite) as the sands of the seashore. 1 Kings 4:29

Even as we get older, and some of our body’s functions begin to wear out…we can still recognize that we are intricately created.

 

Verses of Salvation ~ All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is by his great mercy that we have been born again, because God raised Jesus Christ from the dead. Now we live with great expectation, and we have a priceless inheritance--an inheritance that is kept in heaven for you, pure and undefiled, beyond the reach of change and decay. And through your faith, God is protecting you by his power until you receive this salvation, which is ready to be revealed on the last day for all to see. 1 Peter 1:3-5
