Prayer – Lord, I know that You are with me wherever I go—and I feel secure in Your love and promises thank you please guide me day by day—moment by moment— that I would make wise choices
For the wise can see where they are going, but fools walk in the dark.” Yet I saw that the wise and the foolish share the same fate. Ecclesiastes 2:14
Meditate.
Consider your choices.
Where are you going? Are your choices wise taking you down the right path? What is your fate? Solomon tells us that fate is the same for the wise and foolish. That is death. Everyone dies sometime. For now, do you want to walk in the light or in the dark? Walking in the light is following Jesus as Lord and savior. It means making wise choices that the world may not agree with—but that bring glory and honor to God and will result in eternal life in the presence of God. Walking in the dark means following an evil path that may bring immediate personal satisfaction— but will result in eternal separation from God. Ignoring God and His ways now could be a very foolish choice for the long run. Just as everyone dies, everyone has an eternal existence. It will either with God or separated from Him. The choice is for each person to make. Wise choice. Foolish choice. Which path will you choose?Judean Desert

Which will you choose?
Verse of Salvation ~ As for us, we can’t help but thank God for you, dear brothers and sisters loved the Lord. We are always thankful that God chose you to be among the first to experience salvation—a salvation that came through the Spirit who makes you holy and through your belief in the truth. He called you to salvation when we told you the Good News; |
now you can share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. With all these things in mind, dear brothers and sisters, stand firm and keep a strong grip |
on the teaching we passed on to you both in person and by letter. |
Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and a wonderful hope, comfort you and strengthen you in every good thing you do and say. 2 Thessalonians 2:13-17 |
