New Life

Meditate.

Yes, Adam's one sin brings condemnation for everyone, but Christ's one act of righteousness brings a right relationship with God and new life for everyone. Romans 5:18

Sin verses righteousness. This is an dage-old dilemma. The sin of Adam…and Eve…is balanced out…is erased by the righteousness of Jesus. Pure, holy, undefiled and sinless Jesus. He is the only one who ever lived as a human who is sinless.

For you know that God paid a ransom to save you from the empty life you inherited from your ancestors. And the ransom he paid was not mere gold or silver. It was the precious blood of Christ, the sinless, spotless Lamb of God. God chose him as your ransom long before the world began, but he has now revealed him to you in these last days. 1 Peter 1:18-20

Headed for Heaven.
A gift from our sinless Savior, Jesus Christ.

Because of Jesus Christ’s sinless, righteous act in obedience to God the Father to die on the cross—as our sacrifice—we will have eternal life. Ahhh. The life that never ends…in the Heaven we’ve all heard about and trust God in His promise for that unending existence. Trusting God…in a relationship that is also unending. That relationship is key. Our trust of our creator and savior. His acceptance of our love and devotion. We don’t need any idols to worship…we have our God. He wants to be worshipped by us with all our heart, soul and mind. That’s it. Worship and love God…and love our neighbor as ourselves.

Prayer ~ Lord God, forgive us for our sin…and Thank You for the righteous salvation You have provided for us.

Verse of Salvation ~ May you always be filled with the fruit of your salvation--the righteous character produced in your life by Jesus Christ--for this will bring much glory and praise to God. Philippians 1:11

Think righteousness, not sin
