Meditate prayerfully.
Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart. Colossians 4:2
Pray. Prayer is the beginning of God’s
work. Be devoted to praying to God…with a thankful
heart.
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good! His
faithful love endures forever. Psalm 118:1
I thank you for answering my prayer and
giving me victory! The stone that the builders rejected has now become the
cornerstone. This is the LORD's doing, and it is wonderful to see. This is the
day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. Please, LORD, please
save us. Please, LORD, please give us success. Bless the one who comes in the name
of the LORD. We bless you from the house of the LORD. Psalm 118:21-26
The early believers were an example for us…praying,
teaching and undoubtly giving thanks.
All the believers devoted themselves to the
apostles' teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the
Lord's Supper), and to prayer. Acts 2:42
How’s your heart these days? Thankful?
Prayer ~ Lord God, for those who are suffering hardships, I pray that You will help them. May those who are happy sing praises. From James 5:13
Verses of Salvation ~ My dear brothers and sisters, if someone among you wanders away from the truth and is brought back, you can be sure that whoever brings the sinner back will save that person from death and bring about the forgiveness of many sins. James 5:19-20 (underlined for emphasis)
Pray while there is still time.
