The year is
half over—half of it is left ahead of us. Good time to evaluate where we’ve
been and where we’re going. Life can go by so quickly and if we have no
goals…we have no plans…we may go nowhere, without a cause…and fail. We don’t
plan to fail…we fail to plan. Jesus asked the Romans and the Pharisees whom
they were seeking. Who are you seeking? What are your plans for today, this
week, this month, for the rest of this year? How does Jesus fit into your “plans”
or does He?
RSVP: Jesus is
asking us who we’re looking for? Is it Him? How will you respond to Him today?
Prayer ~Jesus, You taught Your disciples and us to …seek
first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, and all these things (food, shelter, clothing—everything we need) will be provided. Matthew 6:33. I am seeking You, Lord, with all my heart,
mind, soul and strength. Please continue to reveal more of Yourself to me today.
