Trust and Praise

Prayer – Lord – I sing praises to You—for You are worthy of praise!

Let the godly sing for joy to the LORD; it is fitting for the pure to praise him. Praise the LORD with melodies on the lyre; make music for him on the ten-stringed harp. Sing a new song of praise to him; play skillfully on the harp, and sing with joy. For the word of the LORD holds true, and we can trust everything he does. He loves whatever is just and good; the unfailing love of the LORD fills the earth. - Psalm 33:1-5

Meditate. Consider God’s guidance in scripture. Read God’s word and listen to what He is saying.

Praise the Lord…oh my soul…and all that is within me praise His holy name. Find a way to sing praises to the Lord—in prayer or just in songs. David wrote in this Psalm that…we can trust everything he does. He loves whatever is just and good; the unfailing love of the LORD fills the earth. Because God is so loving, we can trust Him. Are you building your relationship with Him by trusting and praising Him?

Verse of Salvation ~ Come, let us sing to the LORD! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Psalm 95:1

Memory Verse of the Week ~ The LORD is my light and my salvation—so why should I be afraid? The LORD is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble? Psalm 27:1
