Time to Be Born, Time to Die

Meditate on this:
A time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant and a time to harvest. Ecclesiastes 3:2

A Time to be Born and a Time to Die.

Life is just what it says--A time to be born and a time to die. Solomon in all his wisdom was inspired to write that. Is it a scary thought to you? We are all born...and we all will die. It is what we do in between that is important. The things we do with our life. Jesus was asked what was most important about the Commandents and He answered...Love God and love your neighbor as yourself. How we show that love is what life is all about. Oh sure, we have to work to make a living...or else we'll be out on the street, homeless. But, still our time is spent in ways that honor God or not. Every thought we have and every decision we make takes us either closer to God or away from Him.

Where are your thoughts taking you today?

Prayer ~ Lord Jesus, may my thoughts be found pure and bring honor to You. Guide my paths that as I live and die that this life would not be in vain and my time here on earth would not be wasted.
