We know…. We know because we have God’s word. We have His promises. If we ask
we’ll have his wisdom and understanding. He knows…He knows what we need.
… your Father knows what you need before you ask

We know…because God cares. He works for those who care about Him.
And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that
are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for
you. Why do you have so little faith? Matthew 6:30
God works in different ways, but it is the same God
who does the work in all of us.
1 Corinthians
12:6
For since the world began, no ear has heard and no
eye has seen a God like you, who works for those who wait for him! Isaiah 64:4
My husband
and I have friends whose son was baptized and in his testimony before the
baptism he said… “I know…I know…I know.” It is good to know that he was
convinced that he knew God and God knows him. Is it enough to just know God? We
need to have a relationship with Him. A relationship indicates not only
knowledge and learning about the other, but give and take, commitment, respect
and perhaps even love. Life is about
relationships.
Prayer
~ Lord God, I worship no other gods, except You, LORD, whose very name is
Jealous. You’re a God who is jealous about your relationship with me. Exodus
34:14. You seem to treasure all the relationships with those who love
You…including Noah, Joseph, David, Samuel, Mary and Martha, Peter, Paul,
Timothy…and all the saints. Thank you for loving them and forging those
relationships—that they would be examples for us all—that we would know of Your
love. Help me to develop a deeper relationship with You—Father, Son and Holy
Spirit—and with my sisters and brothers in Christ.
