I will. That is God’s
promise—confirming His covenant—to Abraham and to his descendants. He promised
to be the God of Abraham and his descendants and to give them the entire land
of Canaan. Then He says again, “I will be
their God.” The God of Abraham’s family is the God of his descendants and
of his spiritual family. God made Abraham a great father. Abraham believed and
trusted in a God that he couldn’t see—yet he followed him to a new Promised
Land. Abraham believed. Are you part of Abraham’s spiritual family? Do you
believe with your heart what you cannot see with your eyes? Are you willing to
follow Him?

esus said to his disciples, "If any of you wants to be my follower,
you must turn from your selfish ways, take up your cross, and follow me." Matthew 16:24. Are you…or do you
want to be…a follower of Jesus? Read the book of John in the Bible…and believe.
For God loved the world so much that He
gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish
but have eternal life. John 3:16.

~ God…Thank You for loving us…the world…so much that You gave up Your one and
only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal
life. John 3:16. I believe. You are my God…like You are the God of Abraham…and
his descendants.
