This time of
the year we think of beautiful, white, clean snow—pure and spotless—billowing
down from the sky—and in some places fresh powdery snow, blowing across the
land, covering anything gray or dirty. That is just how Jesus sees our hearts
when we confess our sin. "Come now,
and let us reason together," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are as
scarlet, they will be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they
will be like wool." Isaiah 1:18.
RSVP: Will you
allow Jesus to take away your sin?
Prayer~ Lord
Jesus as the Lamb of God, the great and ultimate sacrifice, please cleanse my
heart, mind, and soul this day from all my unconfessed sin—that I have been
harboring in the depths of my heart unable to even confess to You. You alone
are worthy to take away my sin, and that of everyone in the world. Thank you
for coming to save us…and for making our hearts and souls as white as snow.
