Who understands the power of Your anger and Your
fury, according to the fear that is due You? So teach us to number our days, that

Be efficient.
Seek better ways—God’s ways and His wisdom. The Message Bible tells us in
Proverbs 12:2 that…a good person basks in
the delight of God, and he wants nothing to do with devious schemers. I’d
say that if a person is trying to be efficient then they aren’t going to waste
their time with devious schemers. Jesus didn’t waste His time with schemers…He
was up front with even a rich ruler who wanted to know how to inherit eternal
life—and professed to have kept all the commandments. When Jesus heard this, He said to him, "One thing you still lack;
sell all that you possess and distribute it to the poor, and you shall have
treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me."
Prayer ~ Lord help us to see and understand the
wisdom that You give us. Show us how to be efficient with our time and energy
in serving You.
