| Open the Door to Your Heart |
This is a day of a huge milestone—for this
blog. 2000 posts since January 2012 when I started this daily devotional—for
family and friends. It has reached people in 92 different countries—with almost
25,000 page views. I know this isn’t many compared to some blogs—but for a
daily devotional that was originally intended for family and a few friends—this
is colossal! I am grateful to my God for His guidance with this blog—and
especially to the Holy Spirit for reminding me of Jesus’ teachings—as He
promised—and for encouraging me when I just didn’t know what to say. As I look
back over the past five and a half years I am amazed at the things I’ve
written—but I acknowledge that it is the Holy Spirit—not me who does this
writing. When I go it alone, it’s not so powerful, not so insightful. I praise
the Lord! He is an awesome God…and He is My God!
Prayer
~ My prayer is that You, Lord, will continue to touch the lives of those who
have read this blog—even if it was only one time. Bless and guide them. May
they seek You, Your promises for them and feel Your presence in their lives. You
are what matters in this existence we have here on earth…and especially in the Kingdom
to come. I praise You—for You are my Lord, my Savior, and my God. King of
Kings…Lord of Lords.
