God protects those who trust Him. Those who
love Him…trust Him. TRUST. I checked the Strong’s Lexicon in the Blue Letter
Bible and it indicated that trust means to believe, to be morally true or to
stand firm. It can also mean to take the right hand, turn right, or go to the
right.

One of my favorite verses deals with “trusting”
the Lord—depending on Him.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do
not depend on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5
David wrote…I trust in the LORD for protection. Psalm 11:1. There are many
verses in the Bible that provide us with the assurance and security of God’s
protection.
·
God's way is perfect. All the LORD's promises prove true. He is a
shield for all who look to Him for protection. 2 Samuel 22:31
·
God's way is perfect. All the LORD's promises prove true. He is a
shield for all who look to Him for protection. Psalm 18:30 NLT
·
Trust in the LORD and do good. Then you will live safely in the land
and prosper. Psalm 37:3
·
Those who trust in the LORD are as secure as Mount Zion; they will not
be defeated but will endure forever. Psalm 125:1 NLT
So do
not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it
brings you! Hebrews 10:35. What a reward…safety and protection. How much do
you trust the Lord to protect you?
Prayer~
Lord…I trust You. With all of my heart, soul, mind and strength, I trust You
with all of my life. I recognize that Your way is perfect—You are all wise, all
knowing, all protecting and above all—totally loving.
