Prayer – Lord, every Christmas is the best—the best day of the year…the best holiday…the best time with family and friends…the best time to worship and rejoice in Your love. Every Christmas is great…but some are better than others…and then there is the Best Christmas Ever!
Don't let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and
trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father's home. If this
were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you?
When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be
with me where I am. John 14:1-3
Meditate. Trust in the Lord.
This is going to be the Best Christmas Ever! That was a line that one of my granddaughters spoke recently in our church drama presentation. It was the best Christmas drama ever! What has been your best Christmas ever? Will it be this year?
Some churches use this Advent time to
get ready for the Second Coming of Christ! I'm all for that! Jesus told us to
be prepared. We won't know the hour nor the day, but we should be able to tell
the signs of the times. There were people in Jesus' time who missed
acknowledging Jesus as the Messiah because they didn't pay attention to the
Prophets who gave specific predictions about Him. Look up these scriptures for
yourself. More details and additional scripture can be found online. Google Bible prophecy.

Best Christmas ever maybe one ahead when we are all united with our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ Himself in Heaven. Celebrate this day…the eve of Christ
birth in a way to honor Him and glorify our Heavenly Father.
Verse of Salvation ~ May you always be filled with the fruit of your salvation—the righteous
character produced in your life by Jesus Christ—for this will bring much glory
and praise to God. Philippians
