Time to Pray?

When is the time to pray?

Prayer is important to all Christian’s lives. It is our way to communicate with and relate to God. Lots of people, even non-Christians, pray to God—pleading for His help. He has told us not to worry…don’t be anxious about anything, but let Him know what we need. Honestly, He already knows what we need and what we think, but He wants us to tell Him anyway. Like any person with any kind of common curtesy in their life, thank the man for what He did for you. God has done a lot for each and every person in this world—so Christian or not, we need to thank Him. A simple expression of gratitude goes a longways. Think about how you feel when someone expresses appreciation for even some small little thing you did or how you feel when you appreciated what others did for you.

So, what should we pray about? Everything. When is the time to pray? Always.

One day Jesus told his disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up. Luke 18:1

Give it a try. Don't give up. Find time to pray…always.

Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Philippians 4:6

Prayer – Lord Jesus, please forgive me when I don’t “always” pray…or when I forget to thank you. You are awesome. Thanks for being You.

Meditate. Consider your prayer life…and be thankful

Verse of Salvation ~ But I keep praying to you, LORD, hoping this time you will show me favor. In your unfailing love, O God, answer my prayer with your sure salvation. Psalm 69:13 NLT
