| Fold your hands and pray. You can start your kiddos praying today! Don't wait. Train them to talk to God now. Pray about everything! |
Prayer is communication with God…Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Pray about everything. Don’t hold back when you pray—God knows your heart and wants to hear from you. Some people are intimated by praying in public…or even praying outloud. I was at one time, too—but with a little encouragement from other Christians, I’ve become comfortable praying. Give it a try.
Don't
worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you
need, and thank him for all he has done. Philippians 4:6 (Underlined for emphasis.)
Prayers
– Lord God—As Jesus taught, I honor You, hallowed be Your name. May Your
kingdom come, soon, on earth as it is in Heaven. Pl ease provide food—both spiritual
and physical—today for me, my family, friends, neighbors and others who are
hungry. Forgive our sins—as we forgive those who have offended us. Lead us not
into temptation but deliver us from evil—for Yours is the Kingdom, the power,
and glory forever on earth as it is in Heaven. Thank You.
Meditate.
Read God’s word, listen to what He is saying, and pray that scripture to Him.
Verse
of Salvation and Promise ~ Look up to the skies above, and gaze down on the
earth below. For the skies will disappear like smoke, and the earth will wear
out like a piece of clothing. The people of the earth will die like flies, but
my salvation lasts forever. My righteous rule will never end! Isaiah 51:6
