Hey, Dad may I have some bread and fish,
please? Toss him a rock and a snake –eek! Especially horrible if it is a viper
snake, like a rattlesnake. We have that type of snakes here in the Pacific Northwest…but
they are to be avoided so as not to be bitten. The young ones in the spring are
the most dangerous since they cannot control the amount of deadly venom that
they pump into their victim. No father would give one of those snakes to his
child.
The perfect, holy and pure Heavenly Father
loves us more than we can comprehend and will give us whatever we ask for, as
we keep on asking. Father, will you give us some bread and fish? Will You
answer our unspoken prayers?
RSVP:
Jesus is reminding us to keep on asking our Heavenly Father for whatever it is
that we need. Will you respond to His invitation today?
Prayer
~ Dear Heavenly Father, I admit that I have an evil nature. Purify my heart,
soul and mind that I may be more holy like You. I will give my children and grandchildren
a good gift by teaching them about You and Your Holiness.
