Prayer
– Lord, I find such wisdom, comfort, and strength in Your words. Please keep on
filling my life with the richness of Your love and wisdom that I may bring You
glory and honor and blessings to others.
Let
the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and
counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and
spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts. And whatever you do or say, do it
as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the
Father. Colossians
3:16-17
Meditate. What fills your life?
What do you allow to fill up the time you have each day? Time management is a choice.
So don't worry about these things,
saying, 'What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?' These things
dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows
all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously,
and he will give you everything you need. So don't worry about tomorrow, for
tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today. Matthew 6:31-34
Such wise
advice from Jesus Himself in His Sermon on the Mount. Even as I wrote this blog I was wondering..."What should I wear tomorrow?" and then had to laugh at myself. Don't worry...is just what Jesus said. What other wise, timely
advice do you get from Him? What do you share with others to teach, council, or
encourage them?
Verse
of Salvation ~ But may all who search for you be filled with joy and gladness
in you. May those who love your salvation repeatedly shout, "The LORD is
